"Three New Retail Tenants Join LIC's Jasper Mixed-Use Development"

Jasper, a mixed-use development in Long Island City, has recently announced three new retail leases totaling 6,115 square feet. The tenants include Frankie’s Brooklyn Pizza (1,363 square feet), Tiger J Taekwondo (3,015 square feet), and Matsuzuki Sakura sushi and sashimi restaurant (1,738 square feet). These leases bring the total retail space leased at Jasper to 83%, with construction expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2025.

The Domain Companies along with LMXD, VOREA Group and Bridge Investment Group are pleased to welcome these new businesses to Jasper. Adam Joly and Rachel Cohen from Igloo represented ownership in brokering all three of these leases.
