Thornton Tomasetti, a global engineering firm, has welcomed Lisa MacKay to its New York Transportation team as vice president. With over 30 years of experience in the design, inspection, rehabilitation and management of transportation and infrastructure projects for the New York City and State Departments of Transportation as well as various railroad, transit bridge and tunnel authorities; MacKay brings extensive knowledge to her new role.
MacKay’s project portfolio includes highway bridges & railroads tunnels & hubs in the metro New York area along with design-build projects & procurements she managed or led engineering on. Prior to joining Thornton Tomasetti she was an associate vice president at AECOM where she holds professional engineer licenses for both New York &New Jersey states.
