The Minneapolis office of Colliers has successfully facilitated the sale of Thomson Reuters’ corporate headquarters campus in Eagan, Minnesota to Ryan Cos. The property, situated at 610 Opperman Dr., encompasses 180 acres and features a massive 1.1-million-square-foot office building, three data centers totaling over 333,000 square feet and an additional 90 acres of undeveloped land. A portion of the campus – approximately 83 acres – is home to Thomson Reuters’ print manufacturing facility which will remain operational on site.
This transaction marks one of the largest sales in the Twin Cities commercial real estate market for this year.

Recently approved by Eagan City Council are plans for development on this property that include a multilevel industrial building spanning up to an impressive total area of approximately3.6 million square feet as well as four additional industrial buildings with combined space reaching up to600 thousand square feet.
