Thompson Thrift Closes Land Sale for Entertainment Complex Near Indianapolis

Thompson Thrift, a full-service real estate company, recently finalized the sale of a 1.5-acre parcel in Fishers, Indiana to Kansas City-based entertainment concept Chicken N Pickle. The new location will feature an indoor and outdoor space with a restaurant, sports bar, pickleball courts and games.

The upcoming opening of Chicken N Pickle at The Crossing at Fishers District in 2025 is part of Thompson Thrift’s ongoing expansion project for the mixed-use development. Along with the city-owned Fishers Event Center – set to be the largest mid-size event venue in the region – this $750-million site will offer multifamily housing options as well as townhomes, hotels and various dining and retail choices.

According to Ryan Menard , VP of Development at Thompson Thrift , this addition not only provides unique dining and entertainment opportunities for residents but also brings over 150 job opportunities while generating significant revenue for Fishers.
