NAI Capital Commercial’s Executive Managing Director, Ryan Campbell, SIOR, represented third-party logistics company Lionext Inc. in securing a 10-year lease for a 106,110-square-foot distribution facility located in Santa Fe Springs, California, near the company’s headquarters.

Landlord Kekropia Inc. was represented by Joel Hutak and Phillip De Rousse of Lee & Associates in the transaction.

The Class A distribution facility, located at 11650 Burke Street near the 605 Freeway, features 32-foot clear heights at the first column, 16 dock-high loading positions, two grade-level doors, and approximately 7,000 square feet of office space. The property also includes a large, fenced yard with drive-around truck access, ESFR sprinkler systems, 2.5% skylights, 50-foot by 52-foot column spacing, and a 200-foot shared concrete truck court. The building was constructed in 2011.

Commenting on the lease, Campbell stated, “The facility offers modern features, a highly functional design, and a prime logistics location. It was a competitive process, and I’m proud to have negotiated terms that support my client’s long-term goals.”
