"Third Chatsworth Facility Added to Neutraderm's West Coast Headquarters Expansion"

Neutraderm, a leading producer of medical-grade skincare products, has recently acquired its third industrial building in the San Fernando Valley. The property, located at 20680 Nordhoff St. in Chatsworth and purchased for $21 million, was facilitated by Lee & Associates – LA North/Ventura principals Erica Balin and Scott Caswell on behalf of the buyer. The seller was Nordhoff XC LLC.

This new addition will be combined with two other nearby structures – one at 9000 Lurline Ave., and Neutraderm’s current West Coast headquarters at 20600 Nordhoff St., which is situated next door. This creates a three-building complex spanning over 115,000 square feet that will serve as the flagship headquarters for Neutraderm’s operations in Southern California.

According to Balin: “We are witnessing a growing number of companies seeking state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities as they expand their presence in Southern California.” She also added that this particular submarket is attracting both new businesses and existing ones looking to expand their footprint within the region for long-term success. This strategic real estate move by Neutraderm will not only enhance operational efficiency but also solidify its position within the San Fernando Valley.
