"Third Asset Acquired by Brennan Opportunity Fund"

Brennan Investment Group has recently purchased a 100,000 square foot industrial property on 18 acres in Hebron, Kentucky. According to Doug Lance, Senior Vice President for the Ohio/Indiana/Kentucky Region at Brennan Investment Group, this acquisition aligns with their criteria for investing in the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky industrial market. The property’s strategic location near the airport and its functional features make it an attractive opportunity for delivering strong returns to fund investors.

To maximize the potential of this asset, Brennan plans to improve its appearance and functionality by increasing loading capacity and making upgrades that will enhance its overall value. Situated just off I-275 at CVG Airport and Amazon Prime Air Hub, this property benefits from being located in a prime infill area with an acquisition price below replacement cost.

With over $6.5 billion worth of industrial real estate acquired or developed since 2010 across 30 states, Brennan Investment Group has established itself as a major player in the industry. Their current portfolio covers approximately 56 million square feet spread out over 29 states.

In line with their continued growth strategy,Brennan Opportunity Fund has added another valuable asset to their portfolio through this recent acquisition.”
