The Swig Company Finalizes New Leases at Seattle’s Lake Union Building
The Swig Company has announced the signing of two new leases totaling approximately 10,000 square feet at the Lake Union Building, located at 1700 Westlake Avenue North in Seattle’s vibrant South Lake Union neighborhood.
Represented by Todd Battison and Jeff Huntington of Kidder Mathews, The Swig Company secured leases with two tenants. Terrell Marshall Law has leased approximately 7,000 square feet and is relocating from the Fremont area. Mariner has signed on for roughly 3,000 square feet, with Bailey Hallis and Jake Bos of JLL representing them in the transaction.
The Lake Union Building is a seven-story, LEED Gold-certified office property offering 98,000 square feet of modern, eco-friendly workspace. Situated along the waterfront, the property provides inspiring lakefront views and a high-quality work environment designed to support today’s innovative companies.
