**The Learning Experience to Open at Extell’s Hudson Piers Development in Yonkers**
Lee & Associates NYC and Extell Development Company have announced that The Learning Experience (TLE), a nationally recognized childcare and early education franchise, has signed a long-term lease at Hudson Piers, Extell’s new waterfront development in downtown Yonkers, New York.
TLE will occupy 11,183 square feet on the ground floor of Hudson Piers under a 15-year lease agreement. The deal was brokered by Steve Lorenzo and Jeffrey Lopez of Lee & Associates NYC, who represented Extell. TLE was represented in-house by Nick Vanella, Executive Vice President of Real Estate.
“The addition of The Learning Experience to Hudson Piers is another key step towards developing Hudson Piers into a dynamic, thoughtfully curated lifestyle destination along the majestic Yonkers waterfront,” said Moshe Botnick, Senior Vice President of Development at Extell.
Hudson Piers is Extell’s first development in Westchester County and promises to be one of the largest mixed-use projects in the area. Situated on over 20 acres along the downtown Yonkers waterfront, the development will consist of six new luxury rental buildings as well as retail space on the ground floors.
