The Knox, Auberge Collection has begun accepting reservations for guests, with stays available starting January 29. The luxury hospitality property is positioned in the Knox Street neighborhood in the heart of Dallas and is opening with a premium pricing strategy, with nightly rates starting at $1,000.
The project is the result of a partnership that includes BDT & MSD Partners and its partner, Trammell Crow Company. While specific ownership and financing details were not disclosed, the collaboration brings together investment and development expertise behind the new hospitality asset.
The Knox, Auberge Collection is planned with a mix of traditional hotel accommodations and residential-style offerings. The hotel component will comprise 140 guest rooms and suites. In addition, the property will include 48 premier private residences, broadening the revenue profile beyond transient guests by incorporating longer-stay and residential demand into the same address.
On the amenity side, the hotel is expected to feature a collection of signature dining experiences, providing on-site food and beverage options for both guests and local visitors. A dedicated spa is also planned as part of the wellness offering at the property. Rounding out the lifestyle programming is a pool garden designed to capture skyline views, positioning the hotel as a high-end stay option within its neighborhood.
The residential component at The Knox, Auberge Collection is designed around two- and three-bedroom apartments intended for longer stays. These residences emphasize expansive indoor-outdoor living, giving occupants more flexibility in how they use their space. Each apartment includes a kitchen area and generous gathering spaces, supporting both day-to-day living and entertaining.
Interiors in the residences are described as thoughtfully appointed, with layouts and finishes geared toward guests and residents seeking a more residentially oriented hospitality experience. By combining larger-format units, private living areas, and outdoor connections, the project aims to serve users who require more space and longer durations than a standard hotel room typically provides.
With reservations now live and a firm start date for stays, The Knox, Auberge Collection moves from development into the launch phase, adding a new luxury hotel and private residence option to Dallas’s Knox Street neighborhood. The mix of hotel rooms, private residences, and on-site amenities positions the property as a notable new hospitality entry in this urban district.
