**The Goldie Initiative Hosts 2025 Awards in Chicago**
The Goldie B. Wolfe Miller Women Leaders in Real Estate Initiative, known as The Goldie Initiative, recently held its 2nd Annual Impact Summit at the Union League Club of Chicago. The nonprofit organization is dedicated to preparing women for leadership roles in commercial real estate through financial and professional support.
The event welcomed more than 200 commercial real estate professionals, both in person and via livestream. The summit honored volunteers, mentors, and donors for their contributions to advancing the industry and spotlighted the program’s measurable impact on Goldie Scholars during the 2024-25 academic year. The celebration also recognized 2025 graduates and several award recipients.
A number of commercial real estate industry associations were present, offering attendees further opportunities to engage in leadership roles—an essential step in career advancement.
As part of its ongoing efforts to connect industry leaders, The Goldie Initiative encourages attendance at the upcoming Connect Midwest Multifamily Conference. The event will feature a Lifetime Achievement Award presentation and keynote interview with Greg Mutz, Chairman & CEO of AMLI Residential Partners, LLC. The discussion will be led by Fred Schreiber, Chief Operating Officer. The conference takes place on June 4, 2025, at The Midland Hotel in Chicago, Illinois.
