**The Goldie Initiative Celebrates Record-Breaking Scholar Cohort**

The Goldie B. Wolfe Miller Women Leaders in Real Estate Initiative has announced its latest cohort of scholarship recipients for the 2025-2026 academic year, marking a record-breaking milestone for the program.

Since its inception in 2007, the Goldie Initiative has cultivated a thriving professional network of women known as Goldie Scholars. These outstanding individuals are selected for their academic excellence and leadership potential as they pursue graduate-level degrees in fields such as business, law, design, and management—with a specialized focus on real estate.

This year, an unprecedented 40 women from 20 universities across the United States have been selected to join the prestigious scholar program. Notably, three new graduate institutions—Fordham University, St. John’s University, and the University of Maryland—have joined the expanding network of participating schools.

In addition to the national expansion, two additional scholars based in the Chicago area will receive support through a partnership with the Debbie Frank Legacy Fund and CREW Chicago. Debbie Frank, a respected leader in Chicago’s commercial real estate industry, was known for her dedication to mentoring women in the field. Her legacy continues to inspire and uplift the next generation of female leaders through this initiative.

The Goldie Initiative continues to empower women with the knowledge, resources, and professional network they need to become future leaders in the real estate industry.
