Thayer Street Partners Closes $275M Fund II Investment Round

Thayer Street Partners Management, a private investment firm based in New York, has successfully closed its Thayer Street Partners Opportunity Fund II. The fund received total capital commitments exceeding $275 million, surpassing fundraising targets. Existing investors from their debut fund, managed accounts and co-investment vehicles provided support for the new fund which will focus on investing in resilient recurring revenue businesses in the lower middle market.
