TF Cornerstone has acquired 95 Distribution Center, a 486,720-square-foot industrial property located at 180 Centreport Parkway in Stafford, Virginia. The property was sold for $79.5 million at a rate of $163 per square foot and is fully leased to FedEx with amenities including dock doors, car parking spaces and trailer stalls.
