#### Trammell Crow Company Expands Residential Development Team
Trammell Crow Company (TCC) has appointed Sean Wolff as Senior Vice President in its Austin office. In this role, Wolff will focus on identifying and overseeing new development opportunities for High Street Residential (HSR), TCC’s residential subsidiary. He previously worked at Slate Real Estate Partners in Austin, where he advanced to Managing Director.
#### NAI Robert Lynn Strengthens Houston Industrial Team
NAI Robert Lynn is expanding its Houston presence with the addition of C.E. “Trey” Erwin III and Josh Carl to its industrial team. Erwin joins as Executive Vice President, bringing over 20 years of experience in port-of-entry locations and industrial outdoor storage. Carl, joining as Vice President, specializes in logistics real estate, including yards and distribution properties in port markets. Both professionals previously worked at Lee & Associates.
#### Outside the Lines, Inc. Expands in Texas
Outside the Lines, Inc. (OTL) has opened a new office in Arlington, Texas, strengthening its presence in the Southwest. The company, specializing in large-scale entertainment-focused water features, themed environments, and rockwork, has completed over $30 million worth of projects in Texas. OTL’s notable Texas projects include the special effects show fountain at Texas Live!, the Nancy Best Fountain at Klyde Warren Park in downtown Dallas, and the Illuvia Fountain at EpicCentral in Grand Prairie.
#### Pfluger Architects Announces Promotions
Pfluger Architects has promoted seven team members to senior-level positions. Dallas-based architect Chad Martin has been elevated to Principal. Other promotions include:
– **Associate:** Senior Project Architect Kent Brittain (San Antonio), Project Designer Hunter Bradshaw (Dallas), Senior Project Architect William Webb (Austin), and Dr. David Young, Communications and Engagement Manager (Dallas).

#### Circular Services Breaks Ground on New Recycling Facility
Circular Services has commenced construction on a state-of-the-art recycling facility in McKinney, Texas. The 120,000-square-foot, $61 million materials recovery facility (MRF) will serve McKinney, Frisco, and the broader Dallas metroplex area. The development aims to enhance recycling infrastructure and support local sustainability initiatives.
