"Texas Pipeline Industry Experiences a Dip in Production"

According to a recent survey by Commercial Search, Dallas-Fort Worth is home to the third-largest industrial pipeline in the country, covering 15.7 million square feet and accounting for 1.6% of the current market stock. This puts it behind only Phoenix and Savannah.

However, due to a decrease in new projects and several large deliveries in the first half of this year – such as buildings at DFW Logistics Hub (1.6 million square feet) and Gateway Crossing Logistics Park (1.5 million square feet) – Dallas-Fort Worth’s pipeline has decreased by more than half from its January total of 33.6 million square feet.
