TopSide Marinas, a Texas-based family-owned company that acquires and operates marinas across the United States, has acquired Rock Creek Marina. This 188-acre large scale marina is located in Ozawkie on Perry Lake, Kansas – marking TopSide Marinas’ sixth acquisition since its launch in 2021 and its first in Kansas.
Built in 1975, Rock Creek Marina sits on Perry Lake – the third largest lake of Kansas which lies 40 miles west of Kansas City. It is one among three approved leaseholders to operate a marina on this lake since 1970s; having been owned by Rock Creek Marina Investors for over two decades now.
