Life House, a technology-driven hotel management company, has been selected to manage three new hotels in Texas: Hotel Dryce in Fort Worth, The Flats at St. Mary in San Antonio and a third property that will be announced soon. Owners of both properties sought an experienced independent hotel operator to run day-to-day operations and free up their time for development projects.
Near Fort Worth’s Cultural District, Hotel Dryce was developed with local craftsmanship as the focus; they were attracted to Life House’s all-inclusive solution that would maximize performance while preserving the hotel’s local feel. Meanwhile The Flats at St. Mary is a complete renovation of a historic building in San Antonio by Frank & Shelly Markey and Craig Glendenning into high end accommodation.
These three Texas hotels are now managed by Life House who offer an integrated solution for maximum performance without sacrificing the unique characteristics of each location .
