**Industry Talent Moves**

– **JLL** has appointed **Trey Neville** as Executive Vice President, joining the firm’s Dallas-Fort Worth Retail team. With more than 30 years of experience in the North Texas commercial real estate market, Neville brings extensive expertise in investment sales, tenant and landlord representation, site selection, and retail and restaurant development.

– **Transwestern Development Group**, based in Houston, has named **Carl DeLuca** as Managing Partner of its National Logistics Group. DeLuca will direct the strategic growth of the firm’s industrial development platform, managing a robust development pipeline and regional teams across major logistics hubs in the U.S. He most recently led Real Estate Development & Investment for the Americas at DHL, overseeing strategic planning, site execution, and platform expansion.

**Texas Property Acquisitions**

– **CenterSquare Investment Management** has acquired the **Shops at Aliana Trace** in Houston. The 40,000-square-foot essential service retail center is a newly constructed property located on the Grand Parkway, one of Houston’s fastest-growing retail corridors with traffic exceeding 100,000 vehicles per day. The property is adjacent to a new Costco and near the Grand at Aliana power center, which features anchors such as Target and HEB.

– **Whitestone REIT** has expanded its presence in Austin with the acquisition of **San Clemente at Davenport**, a 31,832-square-foot restaurant-anchored shopping center. Located along Loop 360, the center is near major tech campuses including Apple and Tesla. This acquisition complements Whitestone’s nearby Davenport Village property and represents the firm’s fifth neighborhood shopping center in the Austin market.
