– **John Wilcox** has been named Partner at Panattoni Development Company in Dallas. Wilcox brings over 22 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining Panattoni, he served as Senior Vice President at CBRE, where he specialized in acquisition and disposition of investment properties, site selection, development projects, utility and infrastructure projects, and land transactions nationwide.

– **Ross Colley** has joined Edge Realty Partners in Austin as a Senior Vice President. Colley launched his real estate career while attending the University of Texas at Austin, where he studied Economics and Urban Studies. He has managed shopping center portfolios in Dallas and Atlanta and recently focused on value-add investments and development.

– **Fairstead** has announced the closing of a $20 million investment for the acquisition and rehabilitation of Sunflower Terrace Apartments, a multi-building affordable housing complex in Houston. In partnership with R4 Capital, R4 Capital Funding, and the Houston Housing Finance Corporation (HHFC), the 160-unit property operates under a project-based Section 8 contract. Renovations will begin in summer 2025 and are expected to be completed by August 2026.

– **Family Park Center**, a 60,685-square-foot shopping center located along I-27 in Lubbock, has been sold to a buyer based in Irving. At the time of the transaction, the property was 94% occupied with tenants including Dollar Tree, Harbor Freight, and Specialty Auto Repair. Strive represented the seller.

– **Neal Kieschnik** has joined Edge Realty Partners in Austin as a Principal. With more than 20 years of experience in retail brokerage, Kieschnik specializes in tenant representation, land disposition, and selective project leasing throughout Central Texas. Before joining Edge, Kieschnik worked with CBRE and United Commercial Realty, managing leasing for landlords such as Inland Western, Crow Holdings, Retail Properties of America (RPAI), Hunt Southwest, and DJM Realty.
