Terrene Property Group, a real estate development, ownership, operation and management company based in Bellevue, Washington has commenced construction on a new residential project in Woodinville. This groundbreaking marks the beginning of an expansive development that will feature 45 luxurious duplex homes.
The community will be known as Vineyard Creek and boasts upscale plans ranging from 2,000 to 2,500 square feet with three to five bedrooms. The project is part of the larger $700 million Harvest mixed-use community currently being developed by a group led by Jim Tosti of Windward Real Estate Services and Dave Hutchinson of VP Cos., based in Ketchum Idaho according to Puget Sound Business Journal.
The main attraction within this development is Somm – an exclusive hotel and spa under Marriott’s Autograph Collection which will be managed by Seattle-based Columbia Hospitality. Completion for the entire Vineyard Creek project is expected by late 2025. Terrene Property Group secured funding for this venture through a $46 million construction loan provided by Sound Capital.
