**Seefried Industrial Properties to Develop 933K SF Project in Terrell, Texas**
Seefried Industrial Properties Inc. has been named the construction company for a major industrial development planned on Airport Road in Terrell, Texas. The project will span approximately 933,656 square feet and is projected to cost around $120 million. Construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2026.
According to public filings, the development will feature a ground-up facility designated for a package delivery service, along with a primary and secondary guard house as accessory buildings. The Dallas Business Journal reports that Hunt Consolidated is the property owner of the site where the project is planned.
Hunt recently secured approval from the Terrell Planning and Zoning Commission to rezone a broader 282-acre area along the northeastern part of Airport Road for light industrial use.
Seefried Industrial Properties, which maintains a portfolio of over 200 million square feet of Class A build-to-suit and speculative industrial projects, brings more than 30 years of industry experience to the development.
Located in Kaufman County, Terrell is a growing city with more than 21,000 residents and sits approximately 30 miles east of downtown Dallas.
