"Terra Commences Construction on $1B Mixed-Use Development in South Florida"

Upland Park, a $1 billion mixed-use community in West Miami-Dade County, is now underway thanks to Terra’s groundbreaking. The project will transform the Dolphin Park-and-Ride Transit Terminal Facility into a 47-acre transit-oriented community featuring residential, retail and commercial spaces.

Through a partnership with Miami-Dade County, Upland Park aims to increase public transit ridership and serve as an anchor for the new East-West Corridor of the county’s SMART public transportation plan.

Leading architecture firm PPK Architects will work alongside master plan architect Arquitectonica and urban planner Plusurbia Design to bring this vision to life.
