Terra Begins Construction on $1 Billion Mixed-Use Development in South Florida

Construction has begun on Upland Park, a new mixed-use community in West Miami-Dade County. This $1 billion project, developed by Terra, will transform the Dolphin Park-and-Ride Transit Terminal Facility into a 47-acre transit-oriented community. Through a partnership with Miami-Dade County, Upland Park aims to increase public transit ridership and serve as an anchor for the county’s SMART transportation plan.

PPK Architects will lead the design of this project in collaboration with master plan architect Arquitectonica and urban planner Plusurbia Design.
