Clarion Partners, LLC and Marcus Partners have announced that Terex Corporation has signed a long-term lease at Merritt 7 in Norwalk, CT. The global manufacturing company will be relocating to the recently upgraded Building 301, occupying 24,757 square feet of space.

Merritt 7 is a premier corporate park with top-notch amenities such as a new town hall conference center and fitness center. Additionally, there are over 60,000 square feet of outdoor amenity space available for use by tenants. This property boasts LEED Gold Certification and Fitwel Two-Star rating for its commitment to sustainability and wellness practices. Furthermore,Merritt also offers convenient on-site access to Metro-North transportation.

According to William Adler,Terex’s director of corporate communications,”This move presents an ideal opportunity for us as we relocate nearby into a well-designed space that meets our needs perfectly.” He further adds,”The abundance of amenities coupled with the convenience of having the [Metro-North] train station right outside will greatly benefit our team members.”
