Tequesta Townhome Rentals Selling for Nearly $1M per Unit

Tequesta, situated across from the prestigious Jupiter Island, known for its celebrity residents such as Tiger Woods and football coach Nick Saban, is considered one of the most affluent communities in the United States. Recently, Bella Villaggio townhouse rental complex was sold for a staggering $15 million or $937,500 per unit. The 16 individually deeded condos were purchased by Vox Real Estate Holdings managed by Robert B. Cohen II of Hudson Capital based in New York.

Located at 3770 County Line Road and built in 2017,the townhouses range from approximately 1,700 square feet to 2,200 square feet each. The sale marks a significant gain for seller Levi Tennenhaus who bought the development just two years ago for $9.6 million.

The luxurious community boasts amenities such as a pool and is highly sought after due to its prime location near Jupiter Island’s exclusive neighborhood.
