Stellar Management has recently finished construction on Astoria Pointe, a state-of-the-art mixed-use office building in the bustling neighborhoods of Long Island City and Astoria, Queens. The nine-story Class A building spans 53,748 square feet and is located at 35-01 36th Ave.
The firm has also secured a lease agreement with International Workplace Group (IWG) for 8,041 square feet of space. IWG will serve as the anchor tenant for the property and is expected to begin moving in during Q2 of 2025.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Mitchell Arkin, Joshua Branham,and John Peters acted as representatives for Stellar Management during negotiations with IWG. C&W holds exclusive leasing rights for Astoria Pointe.
