The Keith Corp. has recently secured three new tenants for The Thread, a redeveloped textile mill located near downtown Rock Hill. This $100 million project will showcase the transformation of the 400,000 square foot building into a mixed-use space featuring offices, retail shops, and hospitality services. Plans for future phases include adding apartments.
The three new tenants will occupy approximately 11,000 square feet of space in total. One notable tenant is Mayfair Entertainment Venue which has leased nearly 17,000 square feet to open their family entertainment concept called “Roar.” This venue will offer activities such as bowling, mini golfing and arcade games along with live performances and a full-service kitchen and bar.
