Lewis Retail Centers has signed a 5,000-square-foot lease with San Clemente-based Left Coast Brewing Company at The Collection, a 96,000-square foot neighborhood center located in Ontario’s entertainment district. This will be the third U.S. location for Left Coast Brewing Company with an opening planned for first quarter 2024 and development of The Collection to be completed by December 2023.
Left Coast Brewing produces its own craft beer, vodka, gin aged whiskey rum and tequila in house at their Tasting Room | Smokehouse | Distillery locations making it an ideal fit for the area which boasts strong household incomes and dynamic residential population as well as walkable and bikeable community settings according to Ken Caron SVP – commercial development at Lewis Retail Centers .
The Collection is anchored by Stater Bros Market featuring popular brands such as Taqueria 2 Portillos Yoshiharu Ramen The X Nail Cold Stone Creamery Farmer Boys 7 Eleven Starbucks Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop West Coast Dental among others creating an inviting atmosphere that meets the needs of surrounding areas .
