JLL Capital Markets recently finalized the sale of a 282,377-square-foot industrial property located at 918 S. Stimson Ave in the City of Industry for $59.9 million. The buyer, Ardmore Home Design, is a luxury wholesale furniture manufacturer and was also the building’s tenant.
The transaction was facilitated by JLL’s Investment Sales and Advisory team led by senior managing director Patrick Nally and director Makenna Peter, along with senior managing director Mark Detmer and senior director Evan Moran who represented the seller. HRS Commercial brokers Rick Sherburne and Kyle Sherburne represented Ardmore Home Design.
