JLL Capital Markets recently finalized the sale of a 282,377-square-foot industrial property located at 918 S. Stimson Ave in the City of Industry for $59.9 million. The buyer, Ardmore Home Design, is a luxury wholesale furniture manufacturer and was also the building’s tenant.
The transaction was facilitated by JLL’s Investment Sales and Advisory team led by senior managing director Patrick Nally and director Makenna Peter, along with senior managing director Mark Detmer and senior director Evan Moran who represented the seller. HRS Commercial brokers Rick Sherburne and Kyle Sherburne represented Ardmore Home Design.
Built in 1981 on a spacious 13.06-acre lot near California Highway 60 with easy access to Interstates 605,10,and210,the distribution facility boasts impressive features such as clear heights ranging from24-30 feet,dock-high doors,a grade-level door,trailer stalls,and auto stalls totaling28and150 respectively.The property is strategically located close to Southern California’s consumer base of over25million residents,making it an ideal location for businesses looking to reach a large market.
