**DFW Land Acquires 10-Story Corporate Point Tower in Las Colinas**

DFW Land has acquired Corporate Point, a 10-story, 242,000-square-foot office tower located at 5615 Highpoint Drive in the heart of the Las Colinas master-planned community.

The property was sold by Gainwell Technologies, a healthcare technology company that had occupied the entire building for the past 15 years, according to the Dallas Business Journal.

Creighton Stark and Matthew Rosenfeld of Weitzman represented the seller in the transaction, while David Davidson of Davidson Bogel Real Estate served as the buyer’s broker.

Originally constructed in 1981, the office tower underwent renovations in 2007 and 2015. The building features modern amenities including a newly upgraded conference center, training room, tenant lounge, full-service fitness center, and a commercial-grade café. The property also includes an additional 7.5 acres of land, allowing for potential future development.

Corporate Point is situated in Las Colinas, one of the nation’s leading office submarkets, which has recently seen significant growth with major projects and expansions from companies such as Wells Fargo, Christus Health, and the addition of a new Ritz-Carlton Resort.
