Tempur-Sealy is the largest bedding provider in the United States. To meet their needs, they require large warehouses for product storage. One of their subsidiaries, Tempur-Pedic has chosen an under-construction warehouse in Tolleson as its next distribution center. Located 15 minutes west of downtown Phoenix on I-10, this 321,892 square foot building called Buckeye85 is situated south of Interstate 10 and within a major industrial core. The $60 million facility was developed by LPC Desert West – the Southwest division of Dallas based Lincoln Property Co., at 103rd Avenue and Buckeye Road intersection on 20 acres land area with completion expected by end year 2020.
This new location adds to Tempur Sealy’s existing presence in Valley which now totals 1.5 million square feet following last year’s 552,330 square foot lease signing also located near Tolleson area .
