Construction has officially begun on Lot 6, also known as Shorehaven, the first phase of the $1.8 billion South Pier master-planned development situated on Tempe Town Lake’s southern shore. This mixed-use project will encompass entertainment, dining, shopping options as well as a hotel and office space.
Shorehaven will feature three high-rise towers ranging from 21 to 23 stories tall and offering a total of 724 multifamily units along with approximately 26,000 square feet of ground-level retail space. The expansive project spans over 1.3 million gross square feet and includes amenities such as indoor and outdoor spaces totaling over 50,000 square feet.
Leading retail leasing efforts for Shorehaven is Brent Mallonee from Cushman & Wakefield who brings his expertise to curate an impressive mix of food establishments including waterfront dining options with patio seating alongside boutique shops and entertainment venues.
