"Telecom Infrastructure Relocated by Lee NYC"

Lee & Associates NYC successfully facilitated the relocation of Telecom Infrastructure Corp. in New York City to 2 W.45th St. in Midtown Manhattan from their previous location at 8 E.41st St., where they occupied a space of only 2,000 square feet.

The new lease signed by Telecom is for a period of five years and four months, with an area spanning over 3,944 square feet. The company is expected to move into their new space this November.

Alan Friedman and Woody King from Lee NYC represented Telecom during the process while Craig Berman and Matt Lawrence from Joseph P.Day Realty Corporation acted as representatives for the landlord.

According to Friedman, executive managing director at Lee NYC: “When we began our search on behalf of Telecom, their main priorities were being centrally located near financial services clients and close to transportation hubs within a Class A building.” He further added that they were able to fulfill these requirements by securing an ideal space for them at 2 W.45th St.
