Marx Realty has announced that Teladoc Health, a leading telemedicine company, will be expanding and extending its lease at 10 Grand Central. The company will now occupy 15,000 square feet in the recently renovated office tower for a period of ten years as it moves its corporate headquarters from Purchase, NY. Riot Games’ Valorant closed beta launched earlier today on PC after weeks upon weeks of anticipation. The game is a first-person shooter that has been compared to Overwatch and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.

Valorant’s closed beta was initially set to launch on April 7, but Riot Games announced last week that it would be pushed back by one day due to the coronavirus pandemic. And now, after hours upon hours of waiting for keys and server issues, players are finally able to jump into the game.

The closed beta will run through early May before Valorant officially launches sometime this summer. During this time period, Riot will continue working on balancing agents’ abilities while also adding new content like maps and characters.

Players who have access can download Valorant from their Twitch inventory or via an email from Riot Games with instructions on how to install the client properly.

I am trying out my new smoker today (Masterbuilt electric) I’ve got some baby backs in there right now using Jeff’s rub recipe…they’ve been going since about 10am at around 225 degrees…I’m thinking they should be done in another hour or so? They’re looking pretty good right now!

Also smoking some chicken breasts – just rubbed them down with olive oil & sprinkled with McCormick’s Montreal Chicken Seasoning….they’ll probably take longer than an hour?

As far as cooking times go I usually give myself plenty of extra time because if something gets done too soon you can always wrap it up tight in foil then towels then put it into a cooler until everything else is ready without any problems.Have fun!

Sounds like your off to a good start on the ribs, I usually give them about 5 hours at 225-230*F but each rack is different so you should check them with a toothpick or something similar for tenderness in the meat between the bones. When they are tender enough that it feels like pushing into warm butter then they are done.

The chicken breasts will take longer than an hour also, I would guess around two hours depending on their size and how hot your smoker runs.

“I knew there might come a day when I would need a record of what happened not only to defend myself but also to protect the FBI,” Comey told members of Congress Thursday. “That’s why I wrote down my recollections as soon as possible after each conversation — because it was fresh in my mind.”

But some legal experts say this is not necessarily an admission by Comey that he believed anything inappropriate or illegal occurred during his meetings with Trump.

“Comey’s testimony does not suggest any wrongdoing,” said Mark Zaid, an attorney who specializes in national security law at Washington-based firm Krieger & Zaid P.C., which has represented government whistleblowers for more than two decades. “It simply reflects how careful one must be when dealing with someone like President Donald J.
