Tower Capital, a commercial real estate finance company based in Scottsdale, is pleased to announce the addition of Geoffrey Harris as Executive Managing Director. With over 25 years of experience in CRE finance and advisory roles at top mortgage banks, brokerage firms, and financial institutions such as BMC Capital, Harris brings a wealth of expertise to the team.
During his time at BMC Capital as an Executive Vice President, Harris successfully managed a team that originated debt and equity transactions nationwide. He has closed over 2,400 transactions totaling more than $13 billion in funded loans throughout his career. In fact,his exceptional performance has earned him recognition as the top loan originator for 18 out of his 25 years in the business.
Harris holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Southwest Texas State University. He remains actively involved with industry organizations such as International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA).
This recent addition further solidifies Tower Capital’s position within the commercial real estate financing market.
