Trammell Crow Company (TCC) has recently leased the entire Arsenal Trade Center, a state-of-the-art logistics hub spanning 1 million square feet in Sayreville, NJ. The lessee is JW Fulfillment, Inc., a leading wholesale distribution company. Developed in partnership with CBRE Investment Management and located at 99 Callahan Boulevard, Arsenal was completed earlier this year.
This premier development offers two full-building opportunities ranging from 285,000 to 451,602 square feet as well as smaller availabilities starting at 80,000 square feet. The marketing and leasing of the project is being handled by the experienced CBRE team of Tom Monahan , Larry Schiffinhaus , and Brian Golden . Tenant representation for lease negotiations was provided by Charles Fern and Jimo Liu of C&W .
