Trammell Crow Company (TCC) has recently secured a new lease at its Fulton Labs life science campus in Chicago’s bustling Fulton Market neighborhood. The tenant, Mattiq, is a clean chemistry company and will occupy 17,377 square feet on the sixth floor of 400 North Aberdeen. CBRE’s Dan Lyne represented TCC in the deal while JLL’s Max Zwolan and Scott Brandwein represented Mattiq.
Joining other prestigious tenants such as Portal Innovations, Chan-Zuckerberg BioHub, Chicagoland Climate Investment Alliance, and Illinois Institute of Technology; Mattiq adds to the growing list of companies choosing to be part of TCC’s state-of-the-art life science campus.
According to John Carlson from TCC: “Our Fulton Labs team has seen tremendous success with leasing over 120,000 square feet at both 1375 West Fulton and 400 North Aberdeen since launching in early-2023.”
The impressive portfolio includes two world-class buildings totaling over 725K square feet within Chicago alone. This is just one aspect that makes up their extensive Chicagoland life science portfolio which also features Evanston Labs currently under construction as well as Hyde Park Labs.
