TCC District NoHo Receives Planning Commission Approval

The Los Angeles City Planning Commission has given the green light to District NoHo, a joint development project by the Los Angeles Metropolitan Transit Authority and Trammell Crow Company’s High Street Residential affiliate. According to Urbanize LA, this transit-oriented development could potentially bring 2.2 million square feet of mixed-use space to North Hollywood Station.

Upon receiving final approvals, the project is set to include approximately 1,500 multifamily units and up to 105,125 square feet of retail/restaurant space and 580,374 square feet of office space. These uses will be spread across multiple buildings ranging in height from one story up to 28 stories as stated by the Planning Commission.

Construction for District NoHo is planned for multiple phases over a span of fifteen years with work expected after approval from both City Council and Metro board in early 2024.
