### TCC Signs New Leases and Expansions at Chicago’s Fulton Labs

Trammell Crow Company (TCC) has secured three lease agreements at 400 North Aberdeen within its Fulton Park Campus in Chicago’s Fulton Market neighborhood. The agreements, totaling approximately 40,000 square feet, include lease extensions and expansions for Portal Innovations and Chan Zuckerberg Biohub Chicago, as well as a headquarters relocation for P33 Chicago.

CBRE facilitated the transactions on behalf of TCC. Dan Lyne represented Portal Innovations, while Kyle Kamin represented P33. Portal Innovations extended its existing 40,000-square-foot lease and expanded its footprint to 53,000 square feet, now occupying additional space on the 10th floor.

Chan Zuckerberg Biohub Chicago (CZ Biohub) extended its lease of 28,000 square feet and expanded its presence to 41,000 square feet at Fulton Labs. Meanwhile, P33, a nonprofit organization focused on quantum technology, is relocating its headquarters to 400 North Aberdeen, leasing 4,300 square feet on the 10th floor. Previously, P33 was based at 1234 W. Fulton, another TCC-owned building within the Fulton Park Campus.
