Taylor Morrison’s latest BTR community is conveniently located just ten minutes away from the bustling Choctaw Stadium and Entertainment District. The renowned home building company is expanding its Yardly offering with the addition of 226 townhome units for rent. Situated on 19.2 acres at 1701 Mansfield Webb Road, this development will consist of 72 buildings.
With a budget of $55 million, this project will boast impressive amenities including a pickleball court, pool, and fitness center. According to reports from the Dallas Business Journal, construction for Arlington’s Yardly Eden began in late July and is expected to be completed by May or June next year. Leasing opportunities will open up in September or October.
What sets Arlington’s development apart is that it will be the first in the area to feature Yardly’s new quad format – two-story units with bedrooms upstairs. Some units even come equipped with attached garages! Typically ranging from 700-1,100 square feet in size, Yardly communities offer single-story one or two-bedroom homes as well.
