Brixton Capital, a privately held real estate investment firm based in San Diego, has announced the promotion of Rob Taylor to president. In addition to his current role as Chief Investment Officer (CIO), Taylor will now also oversee all aspects of the company’s operations including acquisitions, portfolio optimization, capital markets, fundraising, financing, asset management and investor relations.

With over 25 years of experience in real estate investments and capital markets expertise under his belt,Taylor joined Brixton in 2023 after spending more than a decade at Invesco Real Estate – a global private equity platform managing $100 billion worth of assets.
