**Tashakorian Group Arranges Sale of Mixed-Use Property in San Diego’s Gaslamp Quarter**
Marcus & Millichap has completed the sale of a 10,000-square-foot mixed-use property located at 762-764 5th Avenue in San Diego’s Gaslamp Quarter. The property sold for $4,750,000.
“After being in the seller’s family for over 20 years, they were motivated to dispose of the asset and deploy the capital into other projects outside of California,” said Bradley Peters of the Tashakorian Group at Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego office. The Tashakorian Group, which includes Peters, Ben Tashakorian, and Ali Valiahdi, represented the seller, Gaslamp Portfolio Management 2, LLC. The same team also procured the buyer, OneSource Funding, LLC.
Built in 1902, the historic property comprises two apartment floors and Bang on 5th, a restaurant that opened in 2024. It is situated on the 5th Avenue Promenade, an area that restricts vehicle traffic daily to create a pedestrian-friendly space in the heart of the Gaslamp Quarter, attracting more visitors to the area.
