Blue Star Land and Lincoln Property are entering the third phase of their Gates Of Prosper development, which will be anchored by a 136,000 square foot Target store. The opening is scheduled for next month. Additionally, the final phase will feature a mix of restaurants, retail stores and a hotel – Home2 Suites is expected to break ground in 2021.
Phase two included Hobby Lobby, HomeGoods, Michael’s Kohl’s Calloway’s and Spec’s located on Preston Road and Richland Boulevard corner. Long-term plans include construction of both convention center and convention-sized hotel as well as over 600 apartments in the pipeline for multifamily development project.
