The upcoming CrossRidge Center, located along US 521 and Dobys Bridge Road, is set to feature 270,000 square feet of retail space. The developers have allocated $150 million for the retail portion of The Exchange at Indian Land.
Target has secured a space measuring 147,000 square feet in the center. They plan to showcase their latest prototype and offer an extensive range of products and amenities.
Construction on Target’s building is expected to be completed by early 2026. According to reports from the Charlotte Business Journal, three junior box spaces were added after securing Target as a tenant.
In addition to its retail offerings, CrossRidge Center will also include an amphitheater, walking trails,splash pads,and open grass area for visitors’ enjoyment.
JLL has been appointed as the leasing agency for approximately thirty tenant spaces within the development (excluding Target and outparcels). This includes plans for eight to ten restaurants.
Perkins Eastman serves as architect on this project while ESP Engineering oversees civil engineering tasks. Edifice holds responsibility as general contractor.
