The commercial building, located at 1519 Decatur Street and managed by ABS Partners, was originally built in 1929 for crafting perfume and jewelry boxes. However, it has since been transformed into a modern space with industrial elements that spans over 63,000 square feet across two floors.
The newly renovated site features high ceilings and oversized windows that provide ample natural light. It also includes updated mechanicals and bathrooms as well as a shared outdoor seating area for tenants to enjoy. Tandy Leather’s flagship location on the second floor covers an impressive 4,377 square feet and offers an expanded Maker Workshop equipped with professional-grade tools for collaborative spaces and skill-building classes.
