Strategic Property Partners, LLC has signed architecture firm Gensler to a new office lease at Thousand & One in Water Street Tampa. Gensler committed to 10,803 square feet on the second floor of the office tower which is almost 90-percent leased and is the first building in Tampa certified by WELL Core and Shell. Additionally, Thousand & One holds LEED Silver certification as well as WiredScore Platinum certification.

Thousand & One offers flexible floorplates along with amenities such as a fitness center, open-air conference room and rooftop terrace that are drawing tenants from sectors including architecture/design finance tech legal services into its neighborhood.
