Suffolk has reached a major milestone in the construction of BioMed Realty’s 585 Kendall, a mixed-use building that will house both lab and office space as well as a performing arts center. Located in the Canal District of Kendall Square in Cambridge, MA, Takeda has already leased approximately 600,000 square feet for its global R&D center.
