**TailoredSpace Opens Second San Diego Coworking Location in Kearny Mesa**
TailoredSpace has officially launched its 11th coworking campus, this time in the San Diego community of Kearny Mesa. The new location spans 12,000 square feet and is situated at 9619 Chesapeake Drive. This marks the company’s second coworking space in the San Diego area.
“San Diego County is a main target for our growth in 2025 and 2026,” said Drew Sanden, Co-Founder of TailoredSpace. “In fact, we are already under construction on additional sites in Del Mar Heights and Oceanside. The strong demographics and lack of small offices for rent make San Diego really attractive for continued expansion.”
The new Kearny Mesa location offers a variety of workspace solutions, including executive suites, private offices, dedicated desks, and virtual memberships. Tenants also benefit from all-inclusive amenities such as phone rooms, conference rooms, complimentary refreshments, and access to member-exclusive events and social gatherings.
The property is owned by Strauss Investments.
