**TailoredSpace Opens Full-Building Coworking Facility in Downtown Burbank**
TailoredSpace has officially unveiled its newest coworking location in the heart of Downtown Burbank. Located at 40 E. Verdugo Avenue, the company has taken over the entire 25,000-square-foot, two-story building. The facility offers a range of modern amenities, including a podcast and recording studio, as well as a large event space with an outdoor patio.
This Burbank opening marks TailoredSpace’s 14th coworking campus across Southern California.
The new location provides move-in-ready desk, office, and suite memberships. Members also enjoy a variety of perks such as on-site staff, fully stocked kitchens, 24/7 access, and regularly scheduled community events.
“Companies are offering employees the flexibility to work remotely, and more people are pursuing the opportunity to launch small businesses,” said Drew Sanden, co-founder of TailoredSpace. “However, not everybody can work from home. We have kids and pets, which can make it challenging. TailoredSpace provides a work option close to members’ homes, giving them the flexibility and focus they need.”
TailoredSpace is actively expanding, with construction already underway on two additional sites located in Old Towne Orange and Solana Beach.
